All programs, courses, experiences, and materials offered by Walk As Her™ and Tracy Liberatore are intended for educational, personal development, and transformational purposes only.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to all digital program materials, which may include audio transmissions, workbooks, frameworks, and any other included content.
Because this content is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, materials cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because all Walk As Her™ programs and digital products provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

All prices for products, courses, or services are listed at the time of purchase. Walk As Her™ / Rise Again Phoenix LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
By purchasing any Walk As Her™ program, you acknowledge that:
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to digital program materials may violate the terms agreed to at checkout. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed after access has been granted, to permanently revoke access to all Walk As Her™ programs, and to pursue any legal remedies available.
Participation in any Walk As Her™ community space, including private groups, Telegram channels, live calls, and in-person experiences, requires respectful, safe, and supportive engagement.
Walk As Her™ reserves the right to remove any participant from community spaces for behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values of this community, without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walk As Her™, Tracy Liberatore, Rise Again Phoenix LLC, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in any program or experience. All information is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Participants agree that use of all materials and participation in all programs is voluntary and at their own discretion.
Walk As Her™ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The most current version will always be available on the program website. Continued participation following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
